Dear Friends,

We are proud to announce new programming focused on Asian elephant conservation in north-central Cambodia’s Prey Lang Forest. Led by our longtime colleague Tuy Sereivathana (Vathana), internationally recognized for his Asian elephant protection efforts, we will build on our long conservation track record in Cambodia under our new name, Wild Earth Allies.

Prey Lang Forest is the largest remaining lowland evergreen forest in the Indo-Burma region. Home to over 55 threatened wildlife species, including Asian elephants, it is under severe threat from illegal logging, commercial agriculture, hunting, and insecure land tenure. Cambodia’s forests are threatened
by some of the world’s highest deforestation rates.

The good news is that we have a strong, integrated plan to mitigate threats and protect vital parts of this forest for the benefit of wildlife, habitats and people. Learn more here.

To fully implement our conservation plan, making it possible for endangered species to flourish while sustaining traditional livelihoods and regional prosperity, we need your support.

Please join us as we embark on this new chapter in Cambodia, together.
